The project ran eight weeks from design sign-off to close-out. We held weekly Friday walkthroughs on-site so the owners always knew what was happening before the weekend.
Structural work
The original load-bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room was preserved but opened up with a new steel header — maintaining the home's character while creating the flow the owners wanted.
Finishes
Custom white oak cabinetry, honed marble counters, and a hand-glazed subway tile backsplash. All fixtures specified, sourced, and installed within the agreed budget.
